Simple and elegant, this appetizer salad is easy to make ahead.  Balsamic and Rosemary Quinoa Salad Ingredients:Organic Grains White Quinoa, rinsed | 1 cup Water| 2 cupsOrganic Olive Oil| 2 Rosemary, fresh minced| 2 Tbsp.Bell pepper, minced| 1 cupMia Bella Balsamic Vinegar| To tasteSalt and Pepper| To tasteDirections: Rinse quinoa in a fine mesh strainer.
