This luscious cherry pie is a great fit for those watching their sugar intake. It's made with organic stevia and our Multi-Grain Pie Crust. We give you a little bit of a "double crust" tutorial here as well, so if you've never put a double crust on before, this will help a lot!
Sugar-Free Cherry Amaretto Multi-Grain Pie
Filling:Organic Cherries, pitted, frozen| 2 cups
Organic Cherry Pie Filling, sugar-free (stevia sweetened)| 1 can (15 oz)
Cornstarch, Non-GMO| 2 Tbsp.
Almond Extract| 1 tsp
Orange Zest| 1 tsp.
Egg, whisked| 1 (for eggwash)
Directions: In a large bowl, combine the filling ingredients.

Roll each piece of pie dough out into a 12-inch circle. Take one piece of the rolled pie dough and line a 9-inch pie pan, allowing the dough to come up over the edges. Pour the filling into the prepared crust.
Gently brush the exposed edged of crust with a little egg wash or water. Fold the second piece of rolled pie dough out over the top of the pie.
Trim excess pie dough from the edges.
Fold and crimp edges. Vent holes in the top of the crust.
Brush the top of the crust with a little more egg wash, coating evenly.
Bake 375 degrees F for 35-40 minutes until golden brown. Allow cooling before slicing.
