Vegan Chocolate Chunk Coconut Cream Farmer’s Porridge
Organic Farmer’s Porridge| 1 cup
Water| 3 cups
Organic Coconut Milk, unsweetened|1 cup
Salt| 1/8 teaspoon
Organic Stevia granules|3 Tbsp.
Organic Coconut shavings, unsweetened| ¼ cup
Lily's Sweet Extra Dark Vegan Chocolate Bar, chopped| 2 oz
Directions: In a 1 ½ quart pot, bring water, coconut milk and a pinch of salt to a near boil. Remove from heat. Add Farmer’s Porridge Farina cereal slowly, stirring constantly. Return to burner and bring to a boil, then lower heat and cook approximately 3 minutes or until thickened, stirring constantly.
Add stevia to the cooked cereal and divide the porridge evenly between 4 bowls. Top each bowl with 1 Tbsp. coconut and chocolate bar pieces. Serve warm.
