Mint Chocolate Chip Smoothie

This protein-rich smoothie is creamy, dreamy, and packed with…kale! We were recently inspired by Boulder-based Wonder Press’s very own mint chip creation and couldn’t wait to try our hand at the tasty (and nutrition-packed) drink. 

Ingredients:

1 banana
1 cup kale (or greens of your choice)
1/2 cup coconut milk
1 cup ice
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1-2 drops peppermint extract
1 handful cacao nibs
2 Tbsp. Organic Grains White Chia Seeds

Directions:

  • Blend all ingredients together on the smoothie setting of a blender.
  • Garnish with additional cacao nibs and enjoy!
