Blackberry and Cardamom Pancakes

We’re elevating your favorite weekend pancakes with the rich and warming flavors of vanilla, blackberries and cardamom.

Ingredients:

Pancakes:

1 cup Organic Grains Buttermilk Multigrain Pancake Mix
3/4 cup vanilla almond milk
1 organic large egg
1 cup blackberries, rinsed, halved
Coconut oil

Toppings:

1 8 oz. container vanilla low-fat yogurt
1 Tbsp. vanilla almond milk
1/2 tsp. cardamom
Honey, to taste
Blackberries, to top pancakes

Directions:

Pancakes:

  • Mix Organic Buttermilk Multigrain Pancake Mix, vanilla almond milk, egg, and blackberries in a large bowl.
  • Heat a small amount of coconut oil on a griddle.
  • Cook pancake batter on griddle until golden-brown on both sides.

 

Topping:

  • Mix yogurt, almond milk and cardamom in a small bowl.
  • Drizzle on top of pancakes, then top with honey and blackberries.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!
