Homemade 7-Grain and Seed Banana Nut Granola

Banana Bread Granola. Think: everything glorious about your favorite breakfast treat with a healthy twist.

Ingredients:

1/3 cup coconut oil
1/2 cup coconut sugar
1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
2 medium ripe bananas, mashed
4 cup Organic Grains 7-Grain Cereal Flakes
3/4 cup raw almonds
1/4 cup Organic Grains White Chia Seeds
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger, ground
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:

  • Preheat the oven to 300°F.
  • Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, combine coconut oil, coconut sugar, vanilla, and mashed bananas. Add remaining ingredients and stir well.
  • Divide the granola into two and spread it on the prepared baking sheets. Bake for 35 minutes, stirring halfway through baking.
  • Remove from oven and cool completely. Enjoy!
