Our Organic Chocolate Caramel Quinoa Breakfast Bowl is sure to satisfy your morning sweet tooth. Made with wellness superstars like quinoa, coconut sugar and cacao powder, you’ll be ready to take on your day in no time. 

Ingredients:

1 cup Organic Grains Quinoa
2 cups water

 

Chocolate Caramel Mix

1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 cup raw cacao powder
3 Tbsps. coconut sugar
10-15 drops caramel-flavored organic stevia or monk fruit

Directions:

  • Rinse the Organic Grains Quinoa in a fine-mesh strainer. Place quinoa and water in a small covered pot and bring to a boil.
  • Once boiling, reduce to a simmer and cook for 15-20 minutes or until water is fully absorbed.
  • Combine all chocolate caramel mix ingredients together in a bowl.
  • Add to cooked quinoa and mix together.
  • Top with bananas, chopped hazelnuts, coconut, almond milk, or anything else you like.
  • Enjoy!
