Organic Whole Kamut Wheat Flour was discovered in Egypt and is an ancient form of wheat. Similar in nutrition to modern wheat, however, Kamut has not been tampered or altered through cross-breeding like modern wheat. It is a form of Khorasan wheat that has what is described as a buttery wheat taste. It is truly a vintage grain!
