Hard White Wheat is a milder and lighter version of wheat compared to red wheat. Almost identical to red wheat nutrition, Hard White Wheat is used for a lighter less nutty tasting flour. Sprouting grains helps enhance the already existing nutrient properties of the grains. Some people even find that they are less allergic to sprouted versus traditional. Bread and baked goods have been shown to come out fluffier with sprouted flour vs. traditional. Great for baking up some rich whole grain goodness!
