Organic Whole Barley
Organic Whole Barley is an underestimated grain. Barley has been shown to lower glucose levels and blood pressure. Often used in making flatbreads and other ethnic dishes, believe it or not, barley can be cooked similar to rice and added to soups and cereals.
Shelf Life: 6 months if stored in *optimal conditions in the original packaging. *(70 degrees in a dry place.)
