Vegan Whole Grain Almond Milk Yogurt Pancakes

 

Whole Grain Yogurt Pancakes

Almond Milk Yogurt| 2 cups 
Water| 1/2 cup
Agave Nectar| 2 Tbsp. 
Vanilla| 2 tsp. 
Coconut Oil 2 tsp. 
Salt| 1/2 tsp. 
Baking Soda| 1 tsp. 
Baking Powder| 2 tsp. 
Spelt or Sprouted Wheat Flour| 2 cups 

Sift together all dry ingredients, set aside. In a mixer add yogurt, agave, vanilla, and oil. Mix well. Add dry ingredients. Mix quickly. Don’t keep mixing. Scoop out onto a hot griddle. Turn over when light brown. Top with agave or maple syrup. Enjoy.
