These convenient and delicious homemade protein bars are made without added sugar. They are easy to make and great to have on-hand for everyone in the family! We used our tasty 7 Grain Flakes along with Chia Seed. We think you'll really love them!
Simple No-Bake Homemade Vegetarian Protein Bars
Soy Protein Powder| 1 cup
7 Grain Flakes| 2 cups
Coconut, unsweetened| ½ cup
Chia Seed| 2 Tbsp.
Raw Organic Cocoa Powder| ¼ cup
Pyrue® Organic Granular Erythritol Stevia blend| ½ cup
Freeze-dried Raspberries*| ½ cup
Almond Milk| 1 cup
Almond Butter, natural creamy| ½ cup
Directions: Combine first 6 ingredients in large mixing bowl. Mix well. Add almond milk and nut butter to mixture. Mix well with clean hands. Press mixture into 8x8-inch baking pan; cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours. Cut into 18 bars. Store in the fridge, in an air-tight container until ready to eat.
