It tastes like a dessert, but it’s really a healthy snack (or meal replacement) to give you the fuel you need to face any challenge.
1 large banana
1 C yogurt (we love Kite Hill's plain almond milk yogurt)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 handful ice cubes
1/3 cup plant-based milk
2 Tbsp Organic Grains Chia Seeds
1/4 C vanilla protein powder (we love Sun Warrior)
- Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth
- Serve sprinkled with chia seeds and cinnamon and enjoy!
