Whole Grain Yogurt Pancakes

This recipe is easy and wonderful.

Whole Grain Yogurt Pancakes

2 cup yogurt,
2 eggs
2 tablespoons agave
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 teaspoons melted butter or oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 cups fresh ground spelt flour 

Sift together all dry ingredients, set aside. In a mixer add yogurt, agave, vanilla, butter or oil. Mix well. Add dry ingredients. Mix quickly. Don’t keep mixing. Scoop out onto a hot griddle.Turn over when light brown. Top with agave. Enjoy.

Chef Brad Tip~Kefir works really well in this recipe. For gluten free use any whole grain, a blend of three or more gluten free grains works well.
