Vegan Coconut Cream Farmer’s Porridge Farina

Shake up your usual morning oatmeal and give our delicious farina a go! Top with your favorite fruit and other sweets for an amazing start to your day.

Ingredients:

1 cup Organic Grains Farina
3 cups water
1 cup organic coconut milk, unsweetened
1/8 tsp salt

Optional Toppings:

Organic sweetener
Vegan chocolate
Unsweetened shredded coconut
Banana
Blueberries

Directions:

  • In a medium pot, bring water, coconut milk, and salt to a near boil.
    Remove from heat.
  • Add Organic Grains Farina slowly, stirring constantly. Return to burner and bring to a boil.
  • Lower heat and cook approximately 3 minutes or until thickened, stirring constantly.
  • Divide into 4 bowls and top with fruits and sweets of your choosing.
