Queen-Noah was the name of the Ark. Quinoa, pronounced Keen-wah, is not a boat.  It is perhaps the most versatile and flippin’ delicious grain ever! If you've never cooked with it or seen it this may be a new adventure for you. It is slightly nutty flavored and mild with amazing texture.
